Returns Policy

Please note that return eligibility and conditions vary by vendor and product type. Some vendors allow returns under specific conditions, while others do not accept returns at all. Factors such as material type, order size, packaging, and timeframe may also affect return eligibility.

Because of these variations, we cannot guarantee that any product will be returnable. If you are considering a return, please contact Surface Group International with your order number and product details. Our team will review your request with the appropriate vendor and let you know:

• whether the material is eligible for return,

• any restocking fees or return shipping costs that may apply, and

• the process for arranging the return (if permitted).

Refunds, when approved, are processed once the vendor has received and inspected the returned materials. Any deductions for damage, shortages, or vendor fees will be reflected in the final refund.
