Our sample program lets you see and feel materials before committing to a full order. Each sample has a $35 service fee — and you get that $35 back as a discount on your next purchase.
How It Works
- Request a sample — Browse products and add samples to your basket.
- Stock verification — We confirm availability with the manufacturer (typically within 1 business day).
- Invoice & payment — Once stock is confirmed, you'll receive an invoice via email.
- Shipping — After payment, your samples ship via UPS Ground — typically within 5–7 business days.
Pricing
- $35 per sample — a flat service fee applies to each sample you request.
- Requesting multiple samples? Each one is a separate $35 fee.
Rebate Program
- After your samples ship, you'll receive a $35 discount code for each sample you ordered.
- Each code is good for $35 off any purchase of $300 or more.
- Codes work store-wide — not limited to the products you sampled.
- Codes are stackable: use 2 codes on a $600+ order, 3 on $900+, and so on.

How long does shipping take?
Samples ship via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after payment.
What if a sample is out of stock?
We verify stock with the manufacturer before invoicing. If a sample is unavailable, we'll let you know and you won't be charged for it.
Do discount codes expire?
Discount codes are valid for 12 months from the date they're issued.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Yes! Codes are stackable. For example, if you ordered two samples, you can apply both $35 codes to a single order of $600 or more.
